Nice long signal in Dow cumulative tick today, been repeating good signals lately:

VIX Now and Then (2010 vs 2008 spikes)

I promised myself since I stopped trading stocks in August that I'll get back in to swing trading equities when VIX is comfortably back over 40...

How comfortable does VIX look over 40 these days after a day like today?

I need a few more days to see if this post market open (9:30 EST) ATR/Volume (volume relatively higher than ATR) signal works consistently, then I'll feel more confident about stepping in this mosh pit with chainsaws otherwise knows as €/$ cross...

Tape seems upside down today, big buying orders (hedging their longs in futures) keep buying on the way down but price keeps tanking! when they start selling it doesn't seem like panicky selling but rather weaker sized orders than what was sold! selling orders over 30 do get bounced a bit, but not much.
